I'd like to see Kevin do something off the wall, like play Jack Lemon's character in "Some Like it Hot", or in a remake of Casablanca told by Sam's point of view, playing Rick Blaine. KMK could totally do Lemon's character in SLIH (nice choice!) I'd like to see him do a Jimmy Stewart or Cary Grant role. I'm trying to imagine him in "Charade" although I don't know who I'd pick for the Audrey Hepburn role. Hmmm .... I like Bonnie Hunt. Just thought of her. I know TPTB in Hollywood would never ignore the slight age difference -- heck the whole idea of pairiing them together might tilt Tinseltown on its axis. Still, I find this idea quite appealing and oddly amusing. I bet Kevin and Bonnie would be great friends on and off set. I'd watch it. Funny what pops into one's noggin... Maybe "Rear Window" for a Stewart role. That's a little more serious than I was originally Stewart-thinking but the combo of Stewart-Hitchcock-Kevin sounds great. And who wouldn't want to see Kevin's take on Hitchcock? (If only Thelma Ritter were still alive she could reprise her role. Because you can't beat Thelma and a crazy Perry Mason. I mean Raymond Burr.) OTHER IDEAS ... "The Sting" wouldn't be bad. And I'd love to see Kevin in a pinstrip suit. "The Wild Bunch" or some spaghetti western. "The Best Years of Our Lives" - classic. More PTSD. One of my favorite films. "A Texas Funeral" but I'd still want Robert Patrick in the film. "Mother" - Daniel Craig was f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s in this and I'd die happy seeing Kevin do the role 'cause I know he'd be fab too. I love this film more and more each time I watch it. ( God, I have to stop thinking about this remake or I will literally go insane.)Any James Bond film that would involve Kevin and Daniel. I'll even play the Bond girl. There's a little variety for you all to ponder ...

I would love for Kevin to do a remake of "Same time, next year" movie. Another good choice! (Props for picking an original that has Alan Alda!) I'm loving this idea. And want to go rent Same Time, Next Year and relive its film glory. On a *totally* different note ... how about something like Cannonball Run or Hooper? Relive the 70s Burt Reynolds magic! I know. I'm strange. But just imagine the fun.

I know that there will be an intersting tv show (I have not seen it yet ): The Mental I don't know if I'll like it, .... the lead role seems interesting, but it's too late for Kevin.
Dr. Jack Gallagher (Vance) is a radical unorthodox psychiatrist who becomes Director of Mental Health Services at Wharton Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles.[3] Gallagher is able to delve into the minds of his patients with an uncanny ability to understand them and see their reality as they see it. This allows him to uncover what might be the key to their long-term recovery. Using this ability, Gallagher performs unorthodox treatments on his patients, which causes serious conflicts with his boss, Nora (Sciorra), with whom he has a romantic past, and frequent anger outbursts from his co-workers.[5] Jack not only has to deal with his patients, but with Veronica (McKenzie), an ambitious psychiatrist, his rival at the hospital, and Carl (Webster), an attending physician with a pristine image but hiding a deep hatred for Gallagher. In addition, there is Arturo (Gonzalez), a junior resident addicted to women, and Chloë (Ramirez), a young and sexy doctor who shuns Arturo's overt sexual advances towards her.
Dr. Jack Gallagher (Chris Vance) The protagonist of the show. Jack is a British man living in America, for what seems like much of his life as his step-father of many years is American. He uses rather unorthodox methods to get inside the patient's head to help cure them; however, this usually gains him spite from his fellow doctors. He enjoys riding his bike and has a mentally unstable sister whom he is trying to find, and has been for four years. At the end of the episode entitled, Do Over, he finds Becky and she is put into the hospital with schizophrenia. Jack's mother and step-father come and try to convince him to let them take Becky to Florida for treatment. Jack is skeptical, but Becky decides to leave with her parents. In the season finale, Jack is seen talking to an anonymous therapist (who turns out to be himself), and admits that he has an irrational fear of becoming schizophrenic, which is why he is afraid of commitment. It is also revealed that he, most likely, is dealing with clinical depression at this point. In the final scene, he punches Carl, and is subsequently fired. Jack then leaves and the season ends.
