Ten dollars that the big spoiler the Twitter girl saw were wedding rings.
Shonda better make it right.
I'm editing my post to add something to Geeze. I couldn't care less about the Owen hate, the O/C hate, the Bailey hate, they whoever hate. I watch for myself and not for others. I'm the one looking for live streamings or watching episodes online. I'm the one who has to like or dislike what is on screen. That Thursday night hour is my time being wasted - or not. Yes, I don't like the hate either, but I hated Izzie and well, that's how fandoms roll - thought the viciousness at the Grey's fandom kind of surprises me. But you know what? Whatever. I can't watch worrying about what others will or will not like, if I do that, I will be reacting to what others feel, and not to my own feelings and impressions about the show.
Sorry, but the same 15-30 people posting the same vitriol - or the same rose-colored glasses perspective - over and over and over doesn't mean the 13 million people still watching think the same.
That's all. Back to lurker mode.

Well I think the video clips someone posted on Twitter are of the wedding ceremony at a Fire Department. why else would they be there with just Meredith and Derek. That's just an idea.

I have to say, I'm very happy about the idea of them getting married now after reading Kevins Q/A with Natalie. And since he'll be there to comfort her, that's even better for me.

I'm glad but I hope the writers actually explore O/C more as a couple now instead of only showing them onscreen as a couple when needed like during sweeps. Its a great opportunity for both Kevin and Sandra as actors, so I hope the writers don't screw this up like they did last season.

I am soooo happy with these two notes from the interviews: 1)Let's start with the big question: How does Owen propose to Cristina? McKidd: It's quite a shocker. It's definitely an unexpected proposal. There is definitely one knee involved, but there's more to it than that. It's a funny scene because we see it as a flashback. The proposal comes out of something that we didn't expect. The proposal is not over some candlelight dinner. 2) Wedding - Shonda: It's in Meredith's living room. A candlelit evening ceremony with a small group of people and the bride does not wear white. It feels very adult and very much like Cristina. Can't wait.... why is this SP only one hour!!! we need two!! ;D

I think it will be like I predicted they are talking about moving in together and he says they should get married instead. Though I'd settle for hearing Cristina say my screen name I guess we were all right about the curveball thing in S5 that it was to be a pregnancy. I kind of wish they had gone that route instead of the triangle in S6. But whatever. I hope they have actually been listening to us this time.

I also like his commentary about seeing more of them as a "domestic couple". Mh, sounds good. And of course Mama Rubenstein (hopefully). And I think you may here your screen name, MarryMeOwen, since he talks very cryptical about the proposal - "There is one knee involved" - yeah, maybe Cristinas.

I am soooo interested to see how this storyline plays out - not necessarily the proposal or the wedding itself ('though it does sound nice and very appropriate) but the marriage and how this is going to impact on their lives. Cristina Yang as a wife. Who would have thought! Obviously Owen is wearing a ring. I wonder if Cristina is.
Also, Marryme, I don't think that video of Kevin and Sandra filming on location had to do with the wedding ceremony given that it seems to take place in Meredith's house and also because it's in the season premiere and they're now up to filming episode 4 or 5.
But it could be related to looking for a house. The set says "Seattle Fire Dept" but it looks like an old building so perhaps it was a fire dept that's been restored and now houses apartments or something?
Is it Sept. 23rd yet???

I wrote that before I saw the shonda interview.
Remember when Burke was all sorry for himself when he couldn't cut and Cristina brought home chickens and hacked them telling him to sew them up, I think that maybe what Owen is going to be like for Cristina since he's still sort of there with PTSD.
Also usually its Cristina taking care of everyone, now it will be Meredith. Just thinking about the patterns in the last few seasons remembering how Shonda said Cristina and Mer are never happy at the same time:
In S5 Meredith got post-it married (though not a real wedding), in S5 Cristina decides Owen's the kind of guy she'll take down her ceiling fan for, in S6 ends with Meredith pregnant then losing the baby, S6 Cristina breaks up with then gets back together with Owen. Now O/C will be getting married in S7, I wonder if they are going to re-visit the "curveball" story which has been confirmed as a pregnancy s/l in S5. Hmm.

Remember there were rumors before about someone losing their house in a housefire? I wonder if it has to do with that?

I do remember that one of the slides, 7.05 has fire in the title ....
7.05 – “Crossfire” [ Directed by Chandra Wilson ]
speculative : ok new married couple gets new abode which due to a cooking incident burns down to the ground .... ;D
but why they would be visiting a fire station I have no idea because I sure hope that a fire engine would come to you in a super big hurry if that was the case LOL

Could have something to do with an old buddy of Owen's or something since he's a local. I am wondering if its one of those Der/Owen moments where they try to cheer up Mer and Cristina

I've had time to digest that it is in fact C/O getting hitched and grown to like the idea especially since reading Kev's interview about it.....but now to have Mama Hunt back on the scene is great. Now I really can't wait....

I love Debra Mooney since Everwood! Now if only they can get her in scenes with other Everwood alum Sarah Drew that'd be cool I also wonder if Donna, Greg and Ben are Owen's siblings? They don't have a last name. I do wish they had been able to get Cristina's mom oh well.

Ben is Bailey's boyfriend ... and for what I checked , Greg is a kid (like 10 years old or something) so may be a patient? Would love to see Owen siblings ... may be Donna is his sister ... can't wait to see the episode!!!!!

Ben is Bailey's boyfriend ... and for what I checked , Greg is a kid (like 10 years old or something) so may be a patient? Would love to see Owen siblings ... may be Donna is his sister ... can't wait to see the episode!!!!! My recollection - - someone may be able to correct me on this - - is that there were casting sides for a young patient and his mother. So my guess is that Greg and Donna are the patient story for this episode. I wouldn't get my hopes up for any Owen siblings or other family members, aside from his mother, although we get get some additional back story. If his father isn't there, we will presumably get some explanation as to why, so we may finally find out if Owen like Cristina is a member of the "Dead Dad's Club." Judging by the spoilers, the SP is going to be a pretty crowded episode. In addition to the engagement and wedding, there is Derek giving up being chief and his little speeding incident; the trauma counselor character interviewing various doctors to clear them for surgery (or not) and finding time to make out with Teddy; Lexie's breakdown; Mer being concerned that Cristina is not dealing with her feelings and is rushing into marriage while at the same time refusing to deal with her own feelings and tell Derek about the miscarriage. There is clearly going to be some story line for Bailey, or they wouldn't have bothered to bring back her boyfriend. And without question Mark, Callie and Arizona will all have something to do. I am really looking forward to the proposal and wedding, and I do think it is a positive development. Shonda wouldn't be using it as her symbol for "rebirth" if she intended otherwise. But I think we should adjust our expectations - - I don't think we'll get too much more than the usual 5 or so minutes of Cristina and Owen (maybe a LITTLE more), but hopefully what we get will be good!
