Sorry For the delay it will be up very shortly. I did not have anyway to get to the internet and I really appreciate everyone's patience. It was pretty much a family crisis and could not be helped.

Thanks mchardcoreyang, hope everything is ok with your family.
And Leah..... the episode is pure perfection (may be I am a little biased because that is the scenario I have in my mind for some time now that is how it will go this season ).
And the writing... it allow us to feel the good , bad and painful moments so vividly that we can imagine those scenes.... great work!

Leah - you already know how much I love your writing. Excellent as always and very true to who Cristina and Owen are. If your intention was to entirely break my heart with this chapter, then you did the job. There was enough sadness with them even before this chapter. This one did it for me.
They need some light and hope among all the hurt and sadness they have been through. There always needs to be a balance between those two. Just my opinion.

Thanks betinad and trinity for your kind words. I definitely agree with you, trinity, about the balance of lightness and angst. It was tough to achieve that balance this chapter with the exception of a touch of it with Owen and Cristina at the beginning and a bit of banter between Alex and Cristina. That lack of lightness definitely made this chapter more difficult to write for me. What I attempted to do with the end of my chapter was bring them both back to a place where they are starting to come back to one another and hopefully lighter moments will come as they work through things. I am very much an advocate that angst works when there is some sort of hope/lightness on the horizon. I appreciate your thoughts

WOW, princessleah that was a gut wrenching chapter and had me in tears. Not fond of the way the story went (I personally hope we get to see a child for CO on greys), but you wrote it perfectly as usual.

Like others already told you, really well written but too depressive...and like many others, I too want a CO baby.
This child is/should be the reward and the gift for all the pains and hurts this wonderful couple went through, should represents the deep love and hope for 2 people deeply hurt by life itself.

very well written thank you .... but I like betinad had hoped for a baby I know I am in the minority here.. but I never thought it will be a baby on the show for CO... Not that I don;t want one, but I dont think that from a story point of view it seems that suddenly SGMW becomes a day care center (we already have Meredith and Callie with babies ) Leah's story is just how I guess it will go on the show ... heartbreaking and powerful, but with great chance for amazing scenes!!! (but let's take the speculations to the right thread)

(but let's take the speculations to the right thread) If the point of the story was NOT to transform SGMW in a day care, then SR shouldn't have made Cristina pregnant, simple as that. That's the problem with this scenario. It doesn't actually solve the actual problem Cristina and Owen have. Cristina didn't include Owen in her decision and they haven't dealt with it, it just solved on its own so to speak. Not sure if SR will go on the same path with miscarriage once again.

That was an amazing and very heart wrenching chapter! You wrote it so well that I felt like I had suffered the loss with Cristina and Owen. I think it is great that you guys decided to explore another resolution to the unexpected pregnancy since a few well written baby fics are already out there. The only one I wouldn't be able to bring myself to read would be Cristina choosing an abortion so I am very thankful that was not the choice for this series. Love their talk on the bridge where they are connecting with their surgery stories because that is so much apart of C/O's relationship when Cristina gets to talk about her surgeries and Owen listens so patiently and full of love. When Owen finds out about the miscarriage, that was the definite heartbreaker because I was hoping along with him that the baby was still okay. Love how Owen comforts Cristina even though he is suffering inside then Cristina at their special place is able to do that for Owen. Their love for each other is so palpable in those scenes. Hope they are able to recover from this to become even stronger than ever so they can discuss and decide big decisions together like Cristina's fellowship and if they might have a baby in the future when Cristina is more set in her career. I look forward to reading where you take C/O next! mchardcoreyang~ Thank you as well as the YHA team for taking the extra time in your real lives to give us this series to help us from not going crazy from the hiatus. I hope everything is okay now with your family. Can't wait for the next epi and by then new C/O will be back in only a month!

Thank you, Leah, once again. This was so well written. I could feel the pain, the yearning and the sorrow of both Cristina and Owen. I know that I have said this repeatedly, but I so wish that you would write for the show!! While I, like many other fans, would love a CO baby, it is difficult to envision at this point in their marriage. I like to believe though, that ultimately, Cristina would have come to share Owen's vision of thier huge life. The unfortunate thing about Shonda and company is that drama for the sake of drama (even when it stretches the bounds of most people's imiganitation) seems to be the tendency rather than character growth and development. Thank you for delivering in spades!

Leah wrote an amazing chapter and she will be a very tough act to follow. I am trying to take into account everyone's views on this section and the C/O dynamic as a whole. I hope you all will be patient and give the next section a chance. There are still some tough times ahead but ultimately this series will end on a note of hope. Two eps to go.

Thank you all so much for the comments that everyone has left. I appreciate the very kind words about the writing for this chapter. I do understand those who weren't satisfied with the approach of the miscarriage ending Cristina's pregnancy, believe me. It was not easy for me to write as I hesitated about the concept as well. Ultimately, I approached this chapter with the idea of Cristina and Owen, even through the difficult, heartbreaking times, working through whatever issues they have so that they can come out the stronger for it and strengthen their bond together and being there to comfort one another at the end of the day. I hope in spite of any misgivings about the chapter due to the miscarriage that the connection did still come through for the characters. Again, I really appreciate everyone who has read and/or commented on this chapter, good, bad and indifferent. This one was not easy to write and I am grateful for whatever feedback you all have to offer.

I'm with betina on this one, I don't think there's gonna be a baby for CO, and as heartbreaking as a scenario like this might be (although I think it would be slightly different on the show and yet another miscarriage - we all know Shonda is the definition of drama queen ), it would give the potential for a lot of great scenes and great acting on behalve of Kevin and Sandra. Really, really well-written chapter. I could really feel with your characters.
