Well the worse is here. I felt very clearly that they still love each other. It seemed like the lawsuit caused them to need for practical reasons to be in contact, but once they did, Cristina starting slipping back into feeling her feelings for Owen. But the impasse over children is too big a chasm to try to cross so Cristina is trying to cut off and just be a surgeon. Interesting that not only is Dr Thomas a plane crash survivor, but a sole survivor. Like a perfect combo of Owen and Cristina's experiences. And he is a surgeon who chose surgery above other people. Anvils galore. I'm curious how they will use those experiences. And I was right about the handkerchief. Next week will be ugly, and then another delay for that d**n music award show. Kevin tweeted we all need to breathe. # InkevinItrust

Loved the phone scenes, the tentative first steps of having a real conversation, not just an email message, Cris starting to open up and fall into old "easiness" of couples talk, then Cris shutting the door again, which was sad because I went from cheering for my fav couple to wanting to shake her, but I also get that she's healing in baby steps and once again she isolates herself rather than deal head on. Same with her position on the settlement, she doesn't have one, she would rather just go with the group rather than really look at what happened, have to admire Derek for being the first to really confront the crash. Mayo docs are starting to see through Cris stubborn bravado. The parrallels with dr thatcher being a plane crash survivor, a war vet, not just a hack dinosaur of a heart surgeon but someone cris can actually learn from, and his offer of friendship is priceless. Its like hes owen/teddy wrapped into one. cris surprise at his skill as a cardio guard and his friendship was awesome to watch. Looking forward to see what else he will be able to teach her in surgery and about being a survivor.
The Callie Arizona shower scene was also very compelling, first crack in Arizona armour as she takes in that this is happening to Callie too.
I find April and her so called romance contrived and not so believable, at all. To the point of being annoying.
As thick as the feeling of disappointment showed on Owens face was when cris shut it down, I still believe he will hold on to some hope, will leave the door open for her and hope that she heals and finds her way back. I've said it before and will say it again, Kevin and Sandra rock, they can tell a whole story with just a couple of scenes and few lines. As annoying as the show can get, they are the reason I keep watching.
