Dear Kevin,
As I write this just over nine months have passed since I joined this forum. A shade less since season five of Grey's Anatomy premiered. Just by doing your job every day in such an admirable fashion you have brought new people into my life, and opened my eyes to issues civilized society rarely discuss out of fear and ignorance. I thank you for the hours of pleasure your work has brought. And the hours of discussion it has generated with family and friends both old and new. It is a gift that you have given without ulterior motivation. I thank you for it. I look forward to more of your work on Grey's Anatomy and in a variety of upcoming projects.
Good health, happiness and success to you, Ruralstar

Dear Kevin
I don't know how it is for you but for me, any time that I have off from work just seems to fly by. With that in mind, and with the date for the Grey's cast to head back to set fast approaching, I wanted to say that I hope you enjoyed a well deserved break and are ready to get into what is sure to be another big season.
I am also crossing my fingers for the Emmy nominations which will be announced later this week. As Owen Hunt, you truly gave us some incredibly real and moving performances that will stick with me, and many other viewers, for a long time.
If you've been keeping an eye on the press you might know that a number of tv critics have put you on their own personal wish lists for best supporting actor in a drama series. I hope their (and my) wishes come true. But if they don't, and this turns out not to be your year, I have no doubt that it will happen in the not too distant future. You never fail, in all that you do, to deliver outstanding work that is unquestionably deserving of the highest recognition.
All the very best, Karen.

Dear Kevin
I have a legal case at work involving a guy with PTSD. A year ago, that would have been entirely outside of my field of expertise.
It seems crazy to think that a network television show has taught me something which my university did not and has made me just that little bit better equipped to understand the files that come across my desk and to do my job. But it's true.
Thank you, Karen.

Dear Kevin, this summer I've passed my holidays in Scotland (above all in Highlands and in Elgin!), inspired by you and your works. I have "discovered" romantic cities, stunning landscapes and charming castles. Your country is a land full of beautiful customs and exciting music. It has been a wonderful experience which has enriched my soul. I thank you even for that! Best wishes. Daniela.

Dear Kevin, Do you have more new products? I guess so. I don't know how to express my feeling. I am not crazy or confused about you now, I just feel relieved or very calm when I think about you. You're a talented actor, and I always enjoy your acting. I think it's enough. Best regards. Old.

Dear Kevin Thank you so much for your thoughtful answers to our questions. It is always intriguing to hear your answers. I thought that it was brave of you to allow us to pepper you with questions when people are sort of confused about where OC are going. You and Sandra continue to bring it up a notch every week and for that I am grateful that the integrity of O/C are remaining in tact. Thank you for all you do for us and making us smile every Thursday Maya

Dear Kevin,
Just wanted to say that even though I am not liking this story line with Teddy, Owen and Cristina, I am going to try and stick it out. Like you said, OC are such a vital story, and I would like to think that the writers will continue with his healing process. The last episode left me with more conflicting feelings than warm fuzzies. I am not looking forward to the downfall. I wish Owen would have just told Cristina the deal with him and Teddy, now its a dark cloud over them. I just hope that the writers realize the OC fan base really care about the PTSD storyline and want to see how Owen and Cristina overcome it, without such contrived distractions as love triangles. You and Sandra continue to amaze me, even though I'm dreading the progression, I can't wait to see how OC overcome things in the end.

Dear Kevin,
I thought about it and I think it's a good thing to be member of this board and to support you and everything. But we will never be able to give you back what we get from you. Beside your amazing talent & work, there's the fact that you always take your time to answer our questions and to keep us posted about your latest projects.
I'm so grateful that I can be part of your "following" (if you'd like to call it like that) and that I'm addicted to the work of someone who really deserves that (frightened now? ;D).
Thank you! Sophie

Dear Kevin, I just wanted to say how much I loved that last and only scene with Owen and Cristina in this week's episode. For a few months now I've been really uncertain about them because of the introduction of Teddy. Now its kind of given me hope that they are in a place where they can move forward and past whatever this is with Teddy. I really feel that the O/C we fell in love with last season is back. I also wanted to say that you and Sandra were brilliant in that scene. The whole episode I was bummed because there weren't any scenes with O/C, but you guys really made the episode for me that night. I love your delivery in that scene and Sandra made Cristina so expressive and speechless that it was hard not to be convinced that O/C are on their way to a great place. I just hope the writers are going to rev it up with them in the coming months and give us O/C fans more quality screen time like they did in that final scene. As long as they do justice to O/C and give them quality writing and screen time, I think fans will be happy. Thank you for all the work you do and for giving me something to look forward to on Thursday nights Thank you, Maya

Dear Kevin
Let's start a band. I'll take keys and back up vocal. You can be the lead guitarist and singer.
But seriously, you are quite the multi-talented man, aren't you? Fantastic work with the guitar and vocal in the new webisode. I'm glad the folks at GA are giving you an opportunity to showcase all your skills.
And as for the rest, I can't find many more ways to reword "your talent as an actor is incredible" so I'll just say thank you for making GA the one hour of the week I look forward to the most.
Best regards, Kaz.

Dear Kevin,
Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Burke talk between Owen and Cristina. It was something I kind of thought we'd never see between them, until I saw the "We matter" speech. I knew it had to be coming. What I loved was how even when they have a clear physical connection, they realize in the end that they have to have more to hold on to than each other. It's a very adult problem, and I thought the whole scene played out beautifully.
I just loved the drama and the way you and Sandra brought that discussion to life was just riveting. You could tell how Owen was just at a loss and desperately wanted to understand her. I loved as well how Cristina just gave herself in that moment. She was blunt yet there was this great tenderness as she explained her past with Burke. It is really a pivotal moment for Owen and Cristina and I have to say that since the early days of Grey's so far its probably my favorite scene of all. The delivery, the emotions and just moments of realism that you brought to those characters is what keeps me watching every week.
I hope that we continue to see more of Cristina and Owen having real conversations and moving forward in their relationship. Last year they skipped all the 'normal' dating stages, to have an intense connection, fueled mostly by PTSD, but I think this year will be about the emotional hurdles for both and exposing the baggage to get down to the real issues. It will be fascinating to watch and I am more comfortable with the idea that Teddy is not going to derail them. Hopefully the idea of them being a love triangle will soon be put to rest. Thank you for all you do Kevin! And I wish you luck with Percy Jackson!
Thank you,
Maya

Dear Kevin,
Your work in GA 6x18 "Suicide is Painless" was excellent. I really enjoyed the way you portrayed Owen's emotional journey. You gave the viewers just enough to remind them that Owen is still not a whole person, but even broken he is a man of courage. Owen finds the smallest bit of hope in telling Shawn, the dying woman's husband, how it will be when his wife passes away. If there can be a silver lining in the death of his friend Dan then this is it for Owen. So many times you showed us a man teetering on the edge again and pulling back. Throughout the season small nuances in your performance have been the only indicators that Owen's healing process is ongoing. I appreciate those glimpes and I look forward to more.
Thank you for making the long dry spell concerning the PTSD story arc worth the wait with your work this evening.
Best, Rural

Dear Kevin, Just in case you read this, I have learned that you have a brother. Although I don't know if he's older or younger than you are, I was wondering how you 2 get along. My husband doesn't have a bro, he has 5 sisters, and the other day he told me he wished he had a brother to be able to share things with him and sometimes fight with him when he was a young boy. So I thought that maybe he felt bad because he never had the pleasure of having a brother. That being said, I think your bro must be very proud of you, being the fantastic actor that you are and being such a great human being. I certainly hope that you will have a good year 2012, that your life goes on being what you really want it to be. Sincerely, Christiane
