I was wondering if you had the opportunity to ask Kevin a question or 3......or 6........what would you ask?
I'd like to know.....
How is he finding the reception from Hollywood? Has there been any backlash seeing as there are quite a few non Americans that have been cast in many series recently.
If he could have a conversation with anyone in the world alive or dead....who would it be and why?
What would a perfect day for him be?
If he could time travel, would he want to go to the past or the future.
Just a few off the top of my head...... ;D

It got to be the golden question: HOW DID HE GET HIS SCAR??? Actually, I think it´s quite odd that no journalist EVER had the curiosity to ask him this. Maybe they think it´s unpolite but c´mon, being unpolite it´s part of the job, and it´s not like it´s a disability or something. I actually think it´s an asset, it makes his face more manly, and it has been used as an asset for some of his characters who are supposed to be rough men (Bothwell, Vorenus). How did he feel when his career didn´t launch after the huge sucess of Trainspotting??? Nahh, just kidding, I bet if you want to upset the guy, this is just the RIGHT question to ask. It should also be awarded as the less original (and most frequent) question asked in Kevin´s interviews. How does he feel about the cancellation of Journeyman? If he could travel back in time (no puns intended ), would he have still picked up the show or rather did something else? If he could choose a character, both fictional or real, who would he like to play? What actors (or actresses) have influenced him most? What´s his reaction when he gets crossed or angry? I think this is an interesting question because Kevin tends to play characters who have hot tempers and react very strongly when they´re angry (even Dan Vassar shouts alot when he´s stressed), but in real life he seems to be a very laid-back and light-hearted guy, so I keep wondering: "where all this angry energy comes from???" . And I just realized I´m glad I´m not a journalist!!! It took me sometime to come up with these VERY unoriginal few questions, so I´m sure I´d totally suck in the job ...

These are very good. We've received a multitude of fan emails questioning the scar and surprised no journalist has ever asked either.

These are very good. We've received a multitude of fan emails questioning the scar and surprised no journalist has ever asked either. Yeah this is something I cant understand either...and so many boards have asked the same question only IMDB came close to an answer and the thread was deleted....aaarh my other question for Kevin would be if he kept copies of any of his movies or photos....because there just some movies that just dont exist for us to view - no pix no clip and cant purchase ....very frustrating namely the Key (but we have photos) Marcy's Dowry (we have Photos) Richard II (absolutely nothing on this one, yes about Fiona shaw and photos from the stage production but the tv show nothing) and that old one (pix yes but nothing else) (all of which have been shown on BBC of STV) and a few interviews aswell all the rest can be purchased, Downloaded or viewed online...so if you are looking to view KMK's complete works these few are going to elude you. However saying that I believe if you live in NYC you can see Richard II at the Museum of Television and Radio. A fan of this show advised me that it does on occasion play on BBC2 and the Ovation cable station in the US-so keep an eye out and tape/pvr/tivo it when it does, please

I´ve seen that deleted thread on the IMDB board too. Apparently someone who worked with Kevin´s mother was posting there, and then all the posts were deleted. I can understand that she (or he) doesn´t want an unauthorized person to post about Kevin´s personal life on the web, but I was so frustrated that I couldn´t learn the answer!

I would like to know about his scar if it wasn't caused by a too hard or too serious accident.
"Does he sing Scottish songs to his kids at bedtime?"
Oh...this question sounds soooo sweet...

[quote author=lj board=kevinmckidd thread=1203774159 Could she not get it recorded onto disk and then send it to you? I suppose she might not want to expense herself? Dang I had the same thought of Barbadosgirl, why not copy it to another DVD and send to you? As for the expenses, maybe you could arrange to swap DVDs - you could send something to him/her that is of him/her interest, so that would cover the costs both from the recorded DVDs and mail/shipping? I´ve built a whole collection of rare bootlegs from rock band shows by swaping VHS tapes (yes, I´m THAT old with other rock fans on the web. The good thing is that there´s never any currency involved, but of course you have to trust the other person ...

ooops I apologies I seemed to have veered us horribly off topic but just to answer ....you need a firewire cable and that is connected to your pc. On the pc you need software to decode the movie into the correct formate...possible but not for the technically challenged. and Anaterra trust me you are not alone in your age group Ok so back on track my question for Kevin was does he keep copies of all the movies he has acted in....

No original questions here... Of course...THE SCAR! The role of his life (untill now) The role he would love to play Favorite movies and plays Fav. books Again..."What about the Kellas cat?" Or a "medley-question": "Kevin, do you sing any bedtime scottish traditional song about the Kellas cat to your kids while thinking of tidying all your movie copies?" Yeah, this is just me being totally silly. Sorry, I do this often...
